I just the very negative wish as a customer using the chat support of a big company that shall remain nameless. I'm keeping them nameless because of business etiquette. As a guru in the Contact center space I wouldn't like it if somebody blasted my business publicly. But, man I want to shout, blog, blast and tweet that "Company X's" support SUCKS!"
